Your data stays in your browser. The extension has no server, no account system, and no analytics. We never see your job applications — and we couldn't if we wanted to.
Everything you save — job titles, companies, locations, salaries, descriptions, notes, statuses, dates — is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in extension storage. It never leaves your device unless you export it yourself.
Nothing. The extension makes no network requests of its own and contains no analytics or tracking code. Reading a job page happens entirely inside your browser tab.
If you choose to export to Google Sheets, the extension asks you to sign in with your
own Google account and creates a spreadsheet in your Google Drive. It uses the
narrow drive.file permission, which only allows access to files the
extension itself created — it cannot see, read, or modify anything else in your Drive.
Skipping this feature entirely is fine: the extension never requires an account, and
CSV export works without one.
Uninstalling the extension deletes its locally stored data. Export to CSV or Google Sheets first if you want to keep your records.
This site (the welcome, uninstall, feedback, and privacy pages) is separate from the extension and may use standard, privacy-respecting page-view analytics. Feedback you submit through the forms on these pages goes to the developer via Google Forms.
